红汤诞生记–Creamy Tomato Soup

几年前,去一个朋友家做客,喝了他们家的红汤,味道很好。问了朋友,得知基本材料是西红柿和洋葱。 我想,如果再细腻、绵柔一点就更好了。之后尝试着进行了改良,新的配方和制作过程见下面。 次年再见他时,告诉他,我改良了配方。他惊呼:那是我奶奶传下来的!你怎么可以改!? 改良的红汤,真的美味极了!加了些土豆。(如果你不喜欢土豆,可以只用西红柿和洋葱,味道也不错)   第一步:西红柿、洋葱、土豆切块,放入锅内煸炒。 第二步:开锅后,煮20分钟,注意不要加水,西红柿会出汤。 第三步:放置至室温,入搅拌机搅碎、过滤、分装。入冰箱冷冻,可保存很久。 第四步:每次取出一杯解冻、加热,加入适量牛奶、少许糖和盐、黑胡椒即可。
